If you are a freelancer and have your own company, you can easily sign up for a business account by clicking on "Settings" and then clicking on the Create Company button in the lower left-hand corner.

From your Individual/Personal Account click on Settings > Go to Documents > To upload a W9 just drag and drop your W9 document or click the Browse button and choose your W9 file on your local folder. To delete your uploaded W9 file click on the (X) icon that will prompt you to delete the file. To update just drag and drop your updated W9 document and that will automatically replace the previous W9 file stored under your profile.

Buddi Wallet is a secure way to send and receive money from your employers and friends. Use your Buddi Wallet to transfer funds for free from your bank account and seamlessly send funds to co-workers or friends.

Verification is immediate. In some cases, users may need to refresh their browser. If verification is pending for longer than 60 seconds or failed, please reach out at support@buddisystems.com

Go to your Buddi Wallet Page in the left navigation > Click 'Send' > Type the person's name you want to send to OR try their email > wait until you see the user's name and select that user > Type in the amount you wish to send and if you would like to send funds from your wallet or bank account > add a note to the person you are sending to and confirm your payment. The payment with a wallet will be instant and take 1-3 business days using your bank account.

By partnering with Plaid it is easier to link any major bank to your Buddi Wallet. Just click the Link via Plaid icon and you will be assisted to link your bank account fast and secure.

Go to your Wallet Page > Click Transfer Funds > Type in the amount you wish to transfer > Select the bank account you wish to transfer money from and by clicking the "Switch" icon you can control sending money from your bank to your wallet. When transferring funds to or from a bank account, the process is 1-3 business days.

Go to your Wallet Page > Click Transfer Funds > Type in the amount you want to transfer > Select the Transfer option by clicking the "Switch" icon. Make sure the Transfer from is set to your Buddi Wallet then just click the Transfer now button. The process will take 1-3 business days.

Click the "History" icon > Select the Date range you wanted for all your transactions under Buddisystems > Click the search button, this will provide the list based on the date range you selected > Click Download
💼 Jobs Feature - Company

Holding Job is where you can hold freelancers to be part of your team on a specific short-term project. By holding people you will have a rough idea of how much the team costs as well as your team's availability on the selected dates project dates. Holding job is usually used if you are still in the bidding process of the project and helps freelancers know if there is a potential project coming so they can schedule accordingly.

Active job is a job that is confirmed and sending booking memos will act as a contract between the employer and freelancer. Active jobs are a way to book freelancers, have a record of scheduled jobs, and show and act as a communication between employer and freelancer providing accountability for both parties.

When your job is done, it's time to request invoices and pay your crew. Use our Wrap/Pay system to gather invoices, receipts, send payments and create a report for your records. Once the job is paid, you can archive it for later reference.

In your company account, create a job and click on the "Department" section. Here the user can name a department and in order to add a freelancer the user would click the dropdown on the newly created department and click "add position". From here, the user would simply type in the name of the desired contractor and then click "Create Memo".
For example: In construction, you may choose Plumbing as your department and then create a position titled Master Plumber. From here, you can add the plumber's name and follow the next steps to create a memo.
